Responsibilities
* Draft, review and provide legal advice on all the contracts between the Group and its business partners, government entities and employees
* Prepare legal letters to public / private entities
* Give comments to other departments of the Group in relation to the Group’s daily operations
* Conduct legal search and prepare legal opinion(s) if necessary
* Ensure legal compliance in relation to the Group’s business
Requirements
* LL.B. or above and a qualified lawyer
* 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in the provision of legal support in commercial areas
* Practical experience in handling PRC legal matters
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Capable of working independently and in team
* Possesses good communication and interpersonal skill
* Mature with good common sense, analytical, attention to details and enthusiastic working attitude
