Hong Kong International Law firm seeking Paralegal

We are an expanding international commercial law firm; we work with some of the world's most innovative and technology focused companies.

We are looking for the right candidates to work in our Corporate / Commercial Group.
Responsibilities

* Providing support to Corporate/Commercial group
* Assisting lawyers in preparation of legal documents and due diligence reports
* Conducting legal research and reviewing documents
* Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions
* Translate documents from English to Chinese, and vice versa

Requirements

* Holder of LL.B. / LL.M.
* Excellent command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
* Proficient with MS Office applications
* Well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Mature personality and a good team player
