Requirements
The successful candidate should:
* have a strong academic record and excellent technical legal research and writing ability
* be fluent in English and, ideally, highly proficient in Chinese
* be an ambitious self-starter with a pleasant personality
* have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in corporate, securities regulatory or banking law.
