Senior corporate associates with strong M&A and capital markets experience and with a Hong Kong qualification. Excellent knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code. Bilingual drafting skills are essential.

Mid-level corporate associates with strong M and A and capital markets experience with a PRC qualification. Newly qualified with training from an international law firms. Bilingual drafting skills are essential for these roles.
