Seeking Paralegals in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

The Paralegal will provide legal support to the firm's lawyers. Key responsibilities include:

* assist in the preparation of documents, including agreements, regulatory applications, and other legal instruments
* conduct research and draft legal memoranda
* conduct due diligence on transactions and manage documents
* manage ad hoc assignment as assigned by firm's lawyers

Requirements

The successful candidate should:

* hold a law degree from a common law jurisdiction
* be highly proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
* be self-organized, conscientious and self motivated as well as mature and professional in nature
* have the ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
* have good interpersonal and analytical skills
* be a good team player
* be well versed with computers and comfortable learning new software applications
