Hong Kong - Senior HR, Admin & Secretary

Description

We are an expanding legal firm with nice and friendly working environment and are looking for the right candidatesto join our team.
Responsibilities

* Employee record administration including leave records and personnel record update;
* Assist in handling interview arrangement, records and report fillings, staff relations program, and other ad hoc activities;
* Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Department;
* Act as back up receptionist if required.

Requirements

* A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
* Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Administration
* Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
* Self motivated, detail minded with present character
* Good sense of confidentiality and responsibility and a good team player
* Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
