Responsibilities
* Undertakes legal research and compiles data from a variety of legal and non legal references as appropriate references;
* Reviews and Prepare drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related corporate matters and as directed by the Management;
* Work closely with internal departments and external parties to provide legal support and advice and handle disputes and mediation;
Requirements
* A demonstrated record of success with 1-2 years experience in sizable organization;
* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese;
* Business minded and ready to accept challenges;
* Proficient in MS Office.
Candidates with less years of experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager
position.
