Requirements
Openings for US-qualified securities lawyers to join our corporate practice group in Asia.
* The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of corporate finance experience, including U.S. SEC-registered initial public offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings.
* He or she will have a J.D. from a top tier university, been trained and currently be working at a leading US firm and have excellent technical skills.
* In addition to excellent written and spoken English languages, candidates must have near-native language skills in either Mandarin or Korean.
