Requirements
Senior associate for our growing Corporate Group in Beijing.
* The ideal candidate should have solid M&A, foreign direct investment and general corporate experience.
* The candidate must be either PRC, Hong Kong, U.S. or U.K. qualified, and be able to manage, advise and counsel legal issues associated with PRC cross-border transactions.
* Prior experience in a major international law firm is highly desired.
* Strong English language skills and fluency in Mandarin are required.
