Based in Hong Kong, we are a fast growing international law firm seeking Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
* Perform all-rounded receptionist duties such as answering calls, greeting clients, keeping reception area clean and tidy, renewing daily newspaper and journals, handling conference room booking
* Provide administrative support including ordering stationery, handling office equipment administration, facilities maintenance and other administrative work as required.
* Provide secretarial duties to lawyers
Requirements
* Form 5 or above
* At least 2 years reception / administrative working experience
* Solid working experience in sizable or multinational firms is highly preferred
* Possess good telephone manner, cheerful personality, responsive and stable
* Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
