Our Hong Kong office is now looking for an associate to join the Corporate Commercial Group.
Requirements
* holder of law degree from the PRC, Hong Kong or England and Wales
* 2 – 5 years’ PQE experience of which at least 1 year with a local or international law firm in Hong Kong
* solid knowledge of Hong Kong corporate law
* excellent English skills (written and spoken)
* ability to work independently
* Mandarin language skills and knowledge of PRC law a distinct advantage
