Responsibilities
* Providing legal advice on day to day commercial matters
* Drafting / reviewing / commenting on commercial contracts and legal documents
* Assist in ad hoc projects and the preparation of annual interim reports, announcements & circulars etc.
Requirements
* Degree holder in Common Law or related disciplines
* Minimum 3 years' working experience in law firm includes at least 1 year experience in listed company.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
* Responsible, well-organised and independent
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Immediate available is preferred
* Work in Tsuen Wan
* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Manager
