Responsibilities
You will be involved in cutting-edge and high profile commercial deals such as global and national media financing collaborations, complex employment matters, as well as advising companies and societies on corporate regulatory and compliance issues.
Requirements
Applicants should preferably have completed a module in company law or have relevant corporate and commercial experience. Successful candidates will work closely with a highly experienced Tier 1 corporate law team.
Applicants for the above position should have at least a year’s post qualification experience.
