Hong Kong - Temporary Company Secretarial Assistant (27 September 2010 to 4 January 2011)

Operating in Hong Kong, we are currently looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join our firm.

Responsibilities

* Assist in incorporation of Hong Kong and offshore companies;
* Arrange statutory filings with the Companies Registry and organize certified documents ;
* Prepare bills and follow up with clients;
* Provide support to the Company Secretarial Managers in all secretarial related matters.

Requirements

* Diploma or University graduated in related discipline;
* 1 to 2 yrs relevant experience gained in professional firm;
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
* Self-motivated, responsible, attention to details;
* Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
