Hong Kong - Temporary Receptionist (6 months)

Responsibilities

* Reporting to the Conference Center Manager and Conference Center Team Leader
* Responsible for answering enquiries, clients greeting and handling meeting rooms reservation services
* Provide excellent counter service and maintain daily operation in Receptionist Unit
Requirements

* Form 5 or above with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience which in legal area would be an advantage
* Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good telephone manners
* Ability to work independently and work under pressure
* Pro-active, flexible and mature with strong sense of responsibility
* Committed team player
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
