Hong Kong - Human Resources Assistant

Operating in Hong Kong, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our firm.

Generalist HR role working closely with the HR Manager and other members of the HR team in the Hong Kong office. Mainly in recruitment, expatriate staff administration, benefit administration and reporting.
Responsibilities

Recruitment

* Assist the HR Manager in recruitment activities and related administration
* Draft advertisements for vacancies and manage vacancy postings on job boards, websites etc
* Conduct reference checks

Expatriate Staff Administration

* Maintain accurate records of visas and work permit requirements
* Process all visas and work permits in a timely manner and ensures the firm consistently works within its legal requirements

HR Report and Administrative

* Assist HR Manager to analyze and generate analytical reports (from Excel and People Soft)
* Provide general administrative and other support and assistance to HR Managers as required.
* Coordinating with insurance company and Hong Kong Law Society for administration arrangement
* Preparing HR reports, e.g. headcount reports
* Updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system, currently PeopleSoft
* Other duties and administration as required

Requirements


* Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
* Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the professional industry or sizable company
* Solid experience in using HRIS and handling staff benefits independently is a must;
* Possess strong organization skills and can prioritize the work effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
* A proven track record with relevant work experience is essential;
* Proficient in MS office;
* Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
