Job Opening: Litigation Associate - Hong Kong - PQE 1-2yrs

Responsibilities

Our Hong Kong office is looking for an experienced general commercial litigator.
Requirements

* 1- 2 years post qualification experience within the litigation practice of a top tier firm
* Arbitration experience would be an advantage but is not essential
* Significant hands on transactional experience
* A legal qualification obtained in Hong Kong, UK or the equivalent
* Fluent written and spoken English is required; ideally with Cantonese proficiency. Knowledge in Mandarin will be advantageous.

* detailed grasp of complex legal concepts, excellent drafting skills, ability to see issues from a commercial perspective and able to communicate complex legal advice to clients effectively
