Description

We require an Of Counsel/Partner for our growing Intellectual Property Group in Shanghai.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IP rights, IP prosecution and enforcement in China, Hong Kong and the U.S. An advanced background in a science discipline (particularly bioscience and life sciences) is especially valued. The candidate must have a U.S. Patent and Trademark qualification. Prior experience in a senior IP in-house or private practice role is highly desired. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required.
