Recruitment Intern - Hong Kong - 0-1yrs Experience

Description

As the primary responsibility, assists with attorney recruiting in Asia including on-campus interview process, summer associate program and vacation placement program.

Responsibilities

Reports to the Recruitment & Development Manager.

* Arranges interview schedules for on campus interviewing
* Coordinates practical aspects of the summer and vacation placement programs in Asia including,
among other things, housing arrangements, office space and phone extensions
* Data Entry through LawCruit program
* Assist with planning events for summer program and graduate recruitment program generally
Coordinate all logistics for events mentioned above
* Work with Training specialist to coordinate logistics of training program for interns
* Research and develop relationships with law school contacts and societies
* Scanning documents for recruitment filing
* Coordinates office space, phone extensions, etc., for shadowing during vacation placement
* Performs other related recruitment duties as assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* Currently pursuing degree in Media, Communications, Arts or Social Sciences
