Practice Development Administrator - Hong Kong - 4-6yrs Exp.

Description

This position will handle all business development and marketing functions, both strategic and tactical, for the Hong Kong office, as well as other assigned firm-wide initiatives and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to, collaborating with practice area leaders, office administrators, and industry and marketing group(s); providing business development, marketing, and communications support to firm lawyers; maintaining proposal database and league table/industry survey content; supporting responses to RFPs, presentations, and other opportunities through written proposal and presentation materials; and assisting with the execution of client-development events. Additional responsibilities include developing annual budgets and supporting the Talent Development Department's lateral recruiting efforts.

Requirements

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented, technologically savvy, organized, able to multi-task, demonstrate good judgment, prioritize, and exhibit sound judgment in a multi-leader, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of business development and/or marketing-related position in a law firm or other professional services environment is required. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, research, or communications-related field is preferred, as is a J.D.
