Responsibilities

* Drafting corporate precedents
* Organising in-house training sessions
* Preparing internal updates
* Drafting Client publications
* Collating and profiling precedents for our database
* Legal research

Requirements

* LLB (Hons) degree
* Preferably with 4 to 5 years PQE in Corporate work
* Independent, resourceful, meticulous and keen to learn
* A team player, with good work attitude
