* Prior TMT and/or IP experience preferred but not essential, however a keen interest in this area is essential.
* Candidates meeting the PQE requirements who are currently working in-house in the TMT sector are also encouraged to apply.
* Qualified in HK, Singapore, Malaysia, England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand.
* Excellent written and spoken English. Chinese language skill (written and spoken) preferred.
* The ability to speak and write an additional Asian language would also be an advantage.

Practice area – Corporate

The general corporate group in Hong Kong office comprises of seven partners, two consultants as well as associates, paralegals and trainees. The group's practice works on take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equity securities, strategic commercial arrangements and other transactions such as corporate restructuring and joint ventures.
Responsibilities

The Role

Qualifications required
