Our US Securities Practice Group, Asia Pacific Region consists of over a dozen lawyers trained in US Securities laws, and is an integral part of our worldwide US Securities Practice Group.
Requirements
The Hong Kong and Beijing offices are now looking for US securities lawyers with at least 4 to 5 years post qualification experience to join the US Securities Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have experience in international equity and debt offerings, including SEC registered, Rule 144A and Reg S transactions. Candidates with experience gained in leading US practice would be an advantage. Candidates should be admitted in at least one US jurisdiction (preferably New York). Excellent academics, in addition to native level English and Chinese, are essential requirements for the position.
