Requirements
Solicitors with good credentials of 0-4 years quality PQ experience in Commercial/corporate finance related work such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, securities regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings, etc, as well as experience in general commercial work to join our existing team. Travelling may be required.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential and bilingual (Chinese and English) drafting skills a must.
